The amendment to the motion was described as being defeated by a clear majority!!

I know all of P2/P3 and some of P1/N1 voted in favour of the motion, but with the make of if the leagues is currently:
36 in Premier leagues
36 in National leagues
circa 84 in Regional leagues
So in these matters its the Regional vote that has all the influance as the SRU is a democracy!!
