Boys, I think it would be a nice gesture if as many people as possible watched the Scotland game on Saturday in the Dalziel Clubhouse. Due to the shower situation in the last four weeks the away teams and indeed our own players have not used the bar facilities. Les has continued to open the clubhouse as normal regardless and has opened after training on a Tuesday and the recent social events have been held in the clubhouse and have been a roaring success. Ive spoken with Les and he is willing to open the clubhouse from 12pm on Saturday and provide food for all who attend. The game kicks off at 2pm so anyone wishing to head to Jack Daniels after the game can do so around 5pm. If you would be interested in this please let me know as I have to give Les rough numbers on Friday night. Ive already had good feedback about this.

There will be no games for the 2nds or 3rds this weekend. The 2nds game game against Kirkcaldy was due to take place this Saturday but Kirkcaldy cancelled. The SRU website states alot of Sunday games for the 2nds but these are mistakes. The games are all due to be played on a Saturday unless both clubs agree to a midweek game under floodlights.

Let me know if you are coming to the clubhouse on Saturday.

On a serious note it would help as the tv at the club house aint that big. I'm going anyway tho.

yup

getting a freeview box tonight to get a working system together and will be up with les at opening to set up. Here's hoping it does all work (I think i'll cry if it doesn't!!)
