Training is ON tonight the 28th (Monday), tomorrow 29th (Tuesday) and Wednesday 30th this week. Tuesday is Boxing Training and Wednesdays session will be taken by Colin Ireland.
We are entering an important phase of the league, with seven games to go and our objective is to win them all. The effort so far this season, both at training and playing, has been excellent and it is important that we dont let things slip now.
In this weather, we are fortunate to have superb indoor training facilities and we need to make the most of them. The driveway down to the changing rooms is frozen over so please park in the clubhouse area, or the bus park.

boys, everyone make the effort to attend training tonight. It will start at 7pm and last one hour, tuesday night is the spartan circuit training with our guest trainer martyn green.
