Forum Rules

Guys, at the last Committee meeting, it was minuted that there is an increasing use of strong language in the forum entries. The rules of the forum request that no strong language is used. We need to remember that this site is our window to the world and that there are many young visitors to the site.

If anyone has strong views that they want to express in explicit terms, the forum is not the place to do that. In addition, a special "Private" section was set up for internal club information, so please respect the rules and use the forum with discretion.

That doesn't mean that comments cant be funny.

yup, a bit of clarity on this is helpful :)

glad to see our committee are engaged in the discussion of such strategically vital matters ;)

BTW - I think the use of * and other symbols in bad words isnae getting around this, just don't post swear words and offensive terms on the main forum and we'll all be rawkin!

Good on you Eddy. When we dont have any games, you dont get sent off and that means we dont have anything to talk about. :?

Your point on using * & # and other signs in lieu of missing letters is a good one.

Keep it funny without being offensive. This simple rule of thumb and some common sense is all that is required. If in doubt, call Eddy :D

I'm afraid that most of us were but twinkles in our daddy's eyes when you were playing Mr Duguid, but your brutality and downright skulldugery is famed

If you get some of the other "over 30s" on here you might get a few more mentions
