Could the club seek clarification on the laws
1 Has the law changed to allow teams to go of their feet at rucks and seal off ball
2 Is the defending scrum half allowed to be offside at scrums
3 If a maul stops three times is it allowed to continue
Over the last few weeks I have seen all of these upunished constantly or have I got it wrong!!!!!!!!
