The Official Injuries of 2009/10 Season Thread

Post by teenwolf » Thu Aug 20, 2009 1:59 pm

OK so I'm starting this thread cos I'm bored.

But it'd be mildly interesting to hear about all the niggles people have had, how they got them and what the prognosis is.

ANKLE LIGAMENT STRAIN (left leg):
Ian Adams broke me at training on Thursday 6th August

Helen the physio gave me acupuncture, frictions and strapped it up to take the strain off the ligaments. She reckons I'm out for a further 4 weeks with it (6 in total), which takes me up to the middle of September.

It's a bummer being injured :(

No I am not on to tell you about my knee...

Simply being a bit sensible and reminding folks that the younger members of the club & Jo Public get to see this banter.
