Could just be a drink or two at the bar for hitting the bar though!

Thought you were offering up the cash here mate???
Can put a couple of quid in a pot per attempt and winner takes it if they hit the bar. Rolls over week on week. Can get it going before the match and at HT.
Agree about the distraction though.

The best way to maximise profit would be to sell tickets or number the match day programmes. Then draw a number at half time and let that 1person have a shot. The person could take the kick after the match has finished. You could also sell tickets to the first XV and away XV as i am sure they would fancy ther chances as well?
That way no distraction before or during the match.
