Hiya

Apparently using a Wobble Board would be a good way to strengthen my Ankle ligaments prior to playing again.

If anyone one has one that I can borrow for a few weeks to aid my recovery it would be much appreciated.

why don't you just get to training and ruck on some of the front row. Just as good as a wobble board I would think.
