Oh dear how sad never mind !!!

Maybe now we will start to select players on current ability and this will see an end to the east coast bias and haddens favourites.

I hope the sru get a good one what about John Kirwan who used to coach Italy, who are the form coaches out there that we can afford.

I think we should leave the Glasgow and Edinburgh coaches in post.

jake white...who cares if we cant afford him...with him we could get better performances and in the end that would create more money for the sru!!!

Andy Robinson is a stick on to get it.

Andy Robinson would be a bad move in my opinion, we need stability at Glasgow and Edinburgh and he didn't do particularly well at England!

Steve Meehan at Bath. Play good rugby and am sure he's had experience of working with Australia at international level. Either that or Eddie Jones as he's out of a job.

Btw Rossi ure logic is terrible as it doesnt work like that!!!

I hope it's not Robinson, but I'm pretty sure it will be.

Glad Hadden is gone, but we need to spend the money and get someone who has the calibre to take us fwd. Robinson has not got a track record of success - as Niall says he's had mixed results at Edinburgh.

Jim Telfer came out recently (prior to Hadden quiting) and said we needed a hard man in charge, that things were too cosy and friendly in the Scots camp. What about Dean Ryan at Gloucester? He fits Telfer's profile.

All depends on who puts themself forward i guess, as they have 2 weeks to apply for the position.

appears jake White, Andy Robinson and Eddie Jones are on the shortlist for the job.

Personally, I'd take White, Robinson has been doing well with edinburgh and should be left there a few more years.
