Dalziel Rugby Club

Pre-season training starts on Saturday 11th July at Dalziel Park 12.30 for a 1pm start, ensure you bring plenty water with you. It is the intention to run two teams if numbers dictate it, so even if you cannot make the first session please email henry.moon@amt-sybex.com of your intention to return for the new season ahead. Tam McCartin will be training both teams for the forth coming season.

All players will go through set pre-season sessions, so the earlier you are back the quicker you get through it.

Henry, A number of the U18's are going to T in the park, so will not be there this weekend, David Morton is on holiday and a few others likewise.
