• Take M74 follow signs for Stirling A 80
• Take M876 for Grangemouth
• Follow this till it merges with M9 – take Grangemouth lane
• Take A905 Junction 6 for G’mouth ( see rugby parks on LHS)
• Take first left go along 500 yds then at red sandstone “Rosevale” with large brick 1907 printed on it take left turn at red post box – road into GRFC

Suggest 45/50 mins travelling time so best to leave Motherwell say 10.45pm
