Tuesday 11th of May, 2010 saw Dalziel Park host the Morgan Ashworth Lanarkshire Schools S1/S2 Shield and Cup Final with Biggar and Coatbridge contesting the Cup and St. Maurice and Hamilton College competing for the Shield.
In two closely contested matches, Biggar were victorious in the Cup and Hamilton College ran out winners in the Shield.
A good crowd enjoyed some very entertaining rugby with plenty of tries and some good individual skills on display from all the teams involved.
