Help With Weight Training During the Season

Post by teenwolf » Tue Aug 18, 2009 10:28 am

What's everyone doing? What should we be doing? Should it be low reps / high intensity or high reps / low intensity? When is it best to be doing them?

Obviously it's quite difficult to plan when we have games, so any tips would be really helpful. I know there'll be some trial and error in it, but some basic parameters would help.

Jimmy has weight training material/hints. Just ask him and I'm sure he will oblige.

Edward...you should be in the last week of your pre -season weights schedule that was given to you at the A.G.M..

EVERYONE....Now that we are about to start the competitive game phase of the season the schedules will change..if you wish one please email me and I will send it to you (assuming you completed the last one and are not wasting my time)
