does anyone know if the Gym at the changing rooms is open on a saturday?

You can use the gym anytime the changing rooms are open.

You may be able to develop Charles Atlas type physiques as the S1 game is off on Sunday so I would suspect the 2nds and 3rds will be off (at Dalziel Park anyway)

I think that injured guys should be using the gym with someone helping them with a programme to come back to fitness. There's a need to have a good look at what's in there and sort the place out.

We need an area to do overhead pressing and proper squats, the smith machine is ok for people just getting into weights, but more advanced trainees need the use of a proper power rack.

We could do with 1 or 2 concept 2 rowing machines and a decent exercise bike. This would mean that guys coming back to fitness but avoiding the astroturf could get a decent cardio workout at the moment there's nothing there for that type of training.
