after the massive win yesterday, oyu may be glad to know that Kilmarnock drew 10-10 with Stewartry and Dumfries beat whitecraigs 36-10.

great day for Dalziel all teams winning 1st xv good shield win roll on boys U18 great hard fought local derby 2nds and 3rds big wins again. keep up good work and lets all get to training. 2nd xv lets not get complacent this is where we start working harder go on dalziel.

Was a good result on saturday, fairplay to Helensburgh for playing the full 80 and not letting there heads go down!
On a related note, were missing one of the try scorers from saturday! So far Iv got:

Kev Sherry got two tries mate. I'll put on a report with the try scorers tonight. Also I dont think Ardrossan will travel this week for the rearranged league game. Start thinking about the Whitecraigs game and everybody must make the effort to get to training. maf

well done to Dumfries. Looked a good team when we played them, good group of blokes aswell. Eddie's correct (again), if we win our next three games we win the league. Everybody get to training and give 100% for the next 6 weeks.

the 2nd team league table has been updated. It shows Dalziel 3 points clear at the top. Given that you get a point for showing up and losing it really means we are 4 points ahead. It will come down to the points difference in the games between the top two sides if there is a draw at the top of the table at the end of the season. We are currently 1 point up on Whitecraigs as we beat them 14-13 at home. We have a superior points difference to Kilmarnock and Dumfries, these two teams play each other on the same day we play Whitecraigs. The game at Whitecraigs is vital. We must win! It's as simple as that.

I think that come the 7th of March Whitecraigs won't know what hit them. we are a far superior outfit to the team that beat them up last time. if we focus on our game they have no chance. GO SUPER 2'S!!!!!!!!
