I emailed Shabba asking for some players....I would expect Tim and Shabba to be playing for us but we are short of backs!!

Got to decide what we want to to, paintball, quad bikes, etc, then I will get Shabba to organise something!!

Right guys, we need to start finalising plans for the tour. Looks like there will be rugby (of some form) on the saturday. What's the concensus for Sunday? Paintball, quad biking etc? Let me know so we make arrangements.

Cheers, Vic

Alrighty folks,

While it is pleasing to see comments regarding my rugby playing ability and being considered for cannon folder in paintball is in high esteem by fellow members of the touring party. I would like to thank you for your consideration.

I would like to add my vote regarding the activites we might be doing in Poland. Rumour it is between Paintball and Quad biking? I have to say I would like to try Quad biking due to I did not really enjoyed the last paintball outing due to much of the whole day I could not see through my breath covering the whole plasticy screen around the helmet. So Quad biking gets my vote.

No long now folks. Time to get rumbling.

See ya,

Robinino.

Guys - I just checked prices for quad biking on warsawstagnight.com. £55 p/p. Believe this company are affiliated with the frogs. Sumo/khalid - can you speak to shabba/tim?

Cheers, Vic

Poland Help

Post by julieb » Thu Apr 16, 2009 10:06 am

I have a touring team in Warsaw who are looking for a fixture on 2nd or 3rd May but do not want to enter the Warsaw 10's at Frogs.

What are Dalziel RFC planning whilst on tour, would you be able to play a touring team if I arranged a venue?

Look forward to hearing from you.

PS. If you need any help with accomodation/ transfers or the like just shout.

Thanks

Our intention is to play at the Frogs 10s.

We are struggling for numbers this year and will probably be hard pushed to get 10 fit guys on the field let alone play a games of 15s.

Thanks for the offer anyway.

Vic (club captain).
