For members wishing to pay their subscriptions by standing order, please email me at paulmgracie@btinternet.com for a Standing Order Form for download. Please print this form, complete and return it to your team manager, captain or the Club secretary, president or treasurer.

Unfortunately the web site does not allow pdf extensions to allow me to post the file to the site.

U18 - 1

Non Play - 5

Can somebody bring forms to the civic on Saturday the 3s and 3As are meeting at 1230 before we travel to our respective games. Thank you
