Is the forum working???

When I try and access the website at work or at home it appears that it is the same news from ages ago. I had spoken to Gillon and he appears to be having the same difficulty.

The last thing in the news for me is the coaching clinic which was posted on the 15th and then the details for the allan glens game. The last thing in the forum is 'Help with Weight Training During the Season' last commented on by Maffie.

Niall could you clarify this for me.

And it now appears to have updated since i posted something. Strange!

Is your computer's history clearing? or are you using a "favourite" to access the webpage???

yeh, The front page isn't refreshing and is being cached by your web browser for some reason, so you need to manually refresh (F5 maybe on windows?) it to get it updated. I'm looking into why this has suddenly started happening!

should be it now, though you might have to clear your cache on your computer first.
