more notably this part:

Scottish Rugby also announced today that it will be supporting the Poppyscotland Hearts & Heroes Challenge, which will take place among some of the most picturesque Scottish scenery on 16 May 2009, with proceeds being shared among three charities.

The Challenge is a maximum 12-hour walking or running event for teams of a minimum of four in the following categories: Aged 16-18; mixed (minimum two women); women only; men only; fastest armed services; fastest rugby team.

The 29-mile route starts at the southern end of St Marys Loch, working its way along the Southern Upland Way, before finishing in the Borders town of Melrose.

The event brings together three charities - Poppyscotland, the Sportsmans Charity and Hearts and Balls, whose over-arching aims are to assist social inclusion, to support veterans and their families in Scotland, and to provide pastoral and financial care to any seriously injured rugby players.
