It's the wee image that appears beside your posts.

There's an option to upload one from your PC or link to one somewhere on the web at the bottom of your profile page!

They don't do anything, but they mosdef bring some serious atmosphere to the place.

Check out my picture thingy, its the dugs baws so to speak, and show its not just the young guys who can embrase new technoligy.
