SRU Awards Dinner

Incase anybody is interested in going to the SRU Awards Dinner, please add your name to this post and we will see if we have enough numbers to take a table. Tickets are £60/head. Deadline is 10am on Friday 13th as I will have to let the SRU know.
Friday 20 May 2011, Presidents Suite, Murrayfield Stadium
Tickets are on sale for the 2011 Scottish Rugby Club Awards Dinner where you and your club are the stars of the show! The event will salute the phenomenal contribution of the club game and the vibrancy it brings to the sport in Scotland.
SRU President former Scotland captain and British Lions prop, Ian McLauchlan, said: “This Scottish Rugby Club Awards Dinner focusses wholly on recognising and rewarding our member clubs and the role they play in ensuring the game of rugby in Scotland goes from strength to strength.
“Without their efforts the opportunities for an increasing number of young people to enjoy the game of rugby union in Scotland would vanish.
“The heartbeat of rugby in Scotland is generated by the energy and enthusiasm that our clubs possess and we’re delighted to mark those achievements and acknowledge the individuals who have excelled throughout the season.
“I hope you’ll join us for this fantastic evening.”
This club tie event promises to be a perfect end-of-season party for clubs to celebrate the 2010-2011 season in style! The evening will culminate in the announcement of the women’s and men’s club rugby team of the season.
