also 11 minutes into today's ScrumTalk podcast! http://www.kicktalk.co.uk/?p=4285

(even if Ron Evans just read my email almost word for word, interestingly missing the part about them not mentioning the unbeaten season last year...)

Youth Festival-

well done and a big thanks to all who contributed to another highly successful Festival.

The Glasgow Warriors must have been fast as I didn't see any of the 3 who were booked to appear .

Anyone else see them or is it just my short sight???

Well done and thanks to 'Mighty Mouse ' MacLauchlan who took the time and trouble to spend several hours with us.

The only Warrior i saw was that big hairy coo mascot! Good on Mighty Mouse, great to see him coming along and showing some support. No offence to him, but i think the youngsters would have been a bit more interested in seeing guys like John Barclay and Jonny Beattie (or whoever was booked to come & missed it)

the warriors players that were supposed to come were Harley and McCall. While they may be Pro-rugby players they really don't have the same draw as, say, Vernon, Jackson and Low (all of whom were at some random 7s competition up north, where two age groups took part...). Bit crap they didn't show up though.
