Club members are invited to participate in the 2008 Dalziel Siamese Pub Golf Open Tournament on Saturday 13th December. The tournament will tee off from Jack Daniels Bar at 7pm and end around 10pm subject to the successful return of all players. There are some differences to last years rules, but it still promises to be a good night.

As defending champ i'v been putting in some extra training and watched many video's of my closest contenders...
As many know, i met my match since last year's open.. Cement Mixers.

Men's Pub Golf Champ 2008
The winners were myself and Ian Adams.
Runners up were Heed and wee Andy.
Fungus the Bogeyman was Billy Samuals.
We won because we were the only team that nominated the joker at the par 5 Wotherspoons.........Heed and Gremlin did their in the par 4 Windmill so we gained two strokes from them!!
The Grunter and Andy McLatchie took a 6 at Wotherspoons....it was a water hazard and they went into the toilet so had to play the hole again and then played the hole without a witness and had to replay again!!
Sumo and George took a two stroke penalty, as during the Gay skipping in the precent were seperated after their string broke!!
Jason and Gillon failed to hand in a scorecard.
Stangoe took a couple of extra strokes so was out of contention by the time Fuz Duguid turned up.
The two teams who joined us in Spoons, including Stu Mitchell and Calder didn't play the first 3 holes!!
Guys, I though this was one of the best nights out we have ever had!!

i have evidence in my phone of big andy getting mentally scared, while tied to grunter for the duration of the 9 pubs we walked round grunter decides in the ncb he needs to go for a dump therefor big andy is tied to him with the toilet door wide open for everyone to see .......... grunter sqeeze one out,
