Database Malfunction

Some point between midnight and 11 am yesterday (Saturday) we experienced a database malfunction, specifically on the area of the database dealing with the static content on the site (like the home page/contacts).

I've sorted the basics, and created holders for each page lost. It seems there is a Google cache from around the 16th of August, so I'll be repopulating the pages over the next few days.

Has anyone else got any idea wot Niall said in that message???

Would have been simple enuf jst 2 have said the site broke and i am hopeful it will be back up and running at 100% in the next couple of days.

i've now done most the pages, need to update things like league table links and the archive of league tables but it should mostly be there

if you spot any links that aren't working, then let me know!

as an aside: eddie, the site was acting funny on friday before it crashed, so you could still be to blame
