I notice on the form it says at the bottom to cancel all other standing order mandates in favour of the hundred club. Will that not affect my annual subs standing order to the club, and possibly others?

no, it should only cancel any previous mandates for the 100 club. Had to reword it so it left the subscriptions unaltered.
