You should not need to start from scratch. Previous club secretarys put together club contct lists of e-mail and postal addresses. The last couple of years AGM'S were notified to members by e-mail. There is therefore a data base for the club.

The detail i received from John Lowe at start of season contained a lot of names and some postal addresses but very few email addresses. If one exists prior to this then hopefully someone has it and can send me it. The data i received does not even have you listed as an HLM or any contact details for you.

what we need to remember is that not all members have email addreses. And a lot the club members still prefer to be lettered about the AGM. Think we had the same problems about 5 years ago when Ronnie was President.......surely it hasnt taken until now to realise that there isnt a list of members and HLM members. I thought that Niall had a list on the website with all that on it!!!!
