It is with regret that the AGM scheduled for Monday 13th June is being postponed to a new date likely to be around the end of July.
The Executive Committee have been made aware of an issue of governance around notification of the AGM and we feel that it would be approprate to change the date.
Can I ask all members pass on the word and not to come on Monday as previously intimated.

my guess would be roughly the 4th July (two weeks after the 20th), hope its not though, away on holiday then!

If you aware of an issue of governance regarding the AGM surely you are aware when it is being held? Or am i over simplifying life?
