Post by Dalziel PostBot » Mon Nov 01, 2010 12:25 pm

****UPDATE - WE HAVE AGREED WITH BOROUGHMUIR THAT THE GAME WILL KICK OFF AT 2PM (AND NOT 1.30 AS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED. THIS IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO EXTRA TIME IF ITS A DRAW AFTER 80 MINS)

This coming Saturday Dalziel have a home Cup tie against Premier 1 team Boroughmuir, kick off at 1.30pm. This will be the first time Dalziel have played Boroughmuir in a competative match, so to make a day of ...

how come this is 1.30 kickoff? The extra thirty minute is meant for extra time, but as this is Pool game there can't be extra time! (rule 3.1.1 of the Cup regulations)

also, I assume our season tickets aren't available for the cup games?

Not sure why the ko is 1.30 then!!

Season ticket holders can use their tickets for the match, free entry to all league and cup games (uo to the semi final stage)!!

Folks, just been brought to my attention. The Premier Cup Regulations state under section 5 Venues & Gate Receipts:

5.4. For Premier Cup Matches except the final, all gate receipts shall be shared by the two clubs on an equal basis and the visiting clubs share of the gate receipts shall be provided to it at the end of the match. No club shall be entitled to deduct any match , advertising or travel expenses prior to the division of the gate receipts.

5.5 Any privilege of free admission is not applicable for all Premier Cup Matches, and all spectators should be charged the same level of entrance fee for equivalent accommodation.

So basically, season tickets are not valid and every specatotor must pay as per the rules from the SRU.

Buffet will now be £5.

a 1 armed bouncer isnt much use. I'll be up to shout the boys on though!

my 2 season ticket holders are likely to be a bit peeved tho.
