Training - Saturday 19th July

Due to the Commonwealth Games, Dalziel Park is unavailable for us to train on Saturday. Maffie has organised some sessions at the Virgin Active Gym (Palace Grounds, used to be Esporta) in Hamilton. Meet at the Gym at 12:20pm, and the sessions will start at 1pm.
