Christmas Training

Post by Chubby » Mon Dec 21, 2009 11:37 am

Christmas is nearly upon us and everyone will be winding down and the last thing you want to do is train. But the club has put on lots of different and varied sessions to keep us fit.

If everyone makes the effort to get up and keep the numbers up that we have had all year then we can continue the fantastic start to the season for all the teams.

In the New Year everyone will be looking to topple us off the top but that’s not going to happen if we keep training hard and stay focused.

So get up to training and let’s start New Year the way we have ended this one!

Merry Christmas! :D :D

I'm on holiday for a few days after the Ceilidh, but I'll be up as often as I can be.

Everyone try your best to club together and get your team mates noised up, chivied up and along to all the sessions.

You have to agree with everything Chubby says up there - he must be bored of COD - now his focus has turned to training

Given the road conditions at Dalziel park last week after a bit of snow is it really wise for training to go ahead tonight?! :?
