P4 and 5 Primary Schools Tournament

A very successful P4 and P5 schools tournament was held at Dalziel Park today, Wednesday the 2nd of December. Over 100 girls and boys took part in the event, which was a culmination of 6 weeks of training by 16 coaches to 8 local primary schools.

Thanks are due to Willie Davidson and his group of coaches, the North Lanarkshire Active Co-ordinators and Ally McCall the YDO for North Lanarkshire. This was a great event and a fantastic way to get young boys and girls interested in rugby who, otherwise, would have no exposure to the game.
